• Prepare and review export checklists using customs EDI software such as Odex, USOFT, or similar applications.
  
• Perform Shipping Bill submissions on the ICEGATE portal and upload documentation through e -Sanchit in compliance with customs requirements.
  
• Apply correct HS classifications, confirm shipment values, and ensure documentation aligns with commercial and shipping records.
  
• Handle documentation processes including VGM filing, Form 13, and global compliance filings like ENS, ISF, or ICS.
  
• Maintain high accuracy standards and support resolution of documentation queries raised by customs authorities.
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in export customs documentation with a CHA or freight forwarding organization.
  

• Proficient in ICEGATE filing and EDI platforms.
  
  
• Good knowledge of Indian customs regulations, DGFT guidelines, and Incoterms.
  
  
• Mumbai -based candidates with convenient commute preferred.
