Seeking an Expeditor in Belgaum (Belagavi), Karnataka – India.

Job discription:

1. On Site Customer Representative,
2. Operate as production expeditor coordinating and monitoring the flow of materials and forging parts production to ensure manufacturing schedules are met efficiently,
3. Track order statuses, resolve bottlenecks with the supplier.
4. Closely monitor supplier manufacturing processes to catch and fix delays early.
5. Communicate daily with customer regional and site teams regarding order status and expected delivery dates,
6. Update the line of balance and demand order book.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of expediting or scheduling experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Project Management Skills.
• Proficiency with operations planning and ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to interpret basic aerospace engineering drawings, parts lists, and routing sheets.
