Work Hours: Shift based: 5 AM to
2 PM or 2 PM to 11 PM

Work Days: Monday to Sunday (5
days a week and 2 weekdays are off)

Work Type: Full -time, Work from Office

Work Location: Indiranagar, Bangalore

Role Description: The House Manager /
Experience Excellence Professional will be responsible for managing end to end
household operations for multiple clients, ensuring seamless day to day
functioning. This is a high ownership role focused on coordinating services,
solving real time problems, and creating a smooth, stress -free living
experience for clients through proactive planning and execution.

Responsibilities:

Handle client requests
related to groceries, maintenance, services, and last -minute changes through
prompt communication.
Coordinate with
vendors such as cooks, cleaners, electricians, plumbers, and delivery
partners to ensure timely execution.
Monitor household
needs, track inventory, and proactively arrange restocking and services.
Manage multiple
household operations simultaneously with high attention to detail.
Document processes,
identify inefficiencies, and contribute to building structured operational
workflows.
Support special
occasions, guest management, and personalized household requirements.
Ensure high -quality service delivery and client
satisfaction at all times.

Requirements

Bachelor’s
degree in any related field
Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in customer
experience, operations, concierge, hospitality, EA/PA, or similar roles.
Experience in luxury hospitality, aviation,
premium customer experience, or concierge services.
Exposure
to vendor management and operations coordination.
Experience
working in startup or dynamic environments.
Strong
communication skills and comfortable using WhatsApp and client interaction
tools.
Highly
organized with strong multitasking and problem -solving abilities.
Ability
to work in a fast paced, unstructured startup environment.
Comfortable
working in shift based roles and weekends.
Proficiency
in basic tools such as Google Sheets and tracking systems.
Ability to take ownership and handle
responsibilities independently.
Fluency in Hindi or Kannada is an added
advantage.
Homemakers
with strong household management experience and willingness to work full time
are also encouraged to apply.
