As an Experienced Associate in Strategy - Enterprise & Functional Strategy (GS&R), you will engage with clients to identify opportunities for growth, optimize operations, and enhance overall business performance. Within our Strategy Consulting practice, you will analyze market trends and assess business performance to develop recommendations that help clients achieve their goals. As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagements, developing your skills to deliver impactful solutions while collaborating with senior staff to drive strategic initiatives.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be part of a dynamic team that supports various Acceleration Center services, from Advisory to Assurance, Tax, and Business Services. You will engage in challenging projects, providing distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. This position offers a unique opportunity to grow your technical and professional skills through dynamic and digitally enabled training. You will be expected to take ownership and consistently deliver quality work that drives value for our clients and success as a team.

Responsibilities

- Engaging with clients to identify and analyze business challenges and opportunities for growth
- Collaborating with senior team members to develop and implement strategic initiatives that align with client objectives
- Conducting research and generating insights to inform decision-making and optimize business performance
- Creating financial models to support client recommendations and strategic planning
- Facilitating meetings to drive discussions and enable outcomes that enhance client engagement
- Preparing and organizing presentations to address client needs and communicate strategic solutions
- Participating in business development and thought leadership activities to support firm growth
- Contributing to team efforts in delivering impactful solutions and driving value for clients

What You Must Have

- At least a Master Of Business Administration's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- MBA / PGDM from a premier/ tier 1 B-School preferred
- Experience in enterprise and functional strategy development
- Skilled in conducting primary and secondary research
- Analyzing large data sets for actionable insights
