As an Experienced Associate in Manufacturing Excellence - Quality, you will engage with clients to enhance their product development and manufacturing processes. Within our Operations practice, you will contribute to client projects by applying your analytical skills and adaptability to deliver impactful solutions. As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagements, developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will participate in project tasks, develop basic skills and knowledge, and respond effectively to diverse perspectives and needs. You will use a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems, interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, embracing ambiguity and using these challenges as opportunities for growth. Responsibilities
- Supporting client engagements by contributing to product development and manufacturing projects
- Applying lean manufacturing principles to enhance operational efficiency and reduce waste
- Conducting feasibility studies and market trend analysis to inform product strategy and positioning
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize product lifecycle management and production control
- Utilizing Six Sigma methodologies to improve process documentation and simulation
- Assisting in the development of go-to-market strategies and product roadmaps
- Engaging in manufacturing cost analysis to support strategic decision-making
- Participating in the implementation of emerging technologies to drive innovation in manufacturing processes
- Contributing to the development of procurement and supply chain management strategies
- Supporting the creation of compliance and standards frameworks within manufacturing operations
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 1 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
