What You’ll Do

• Perform proactive and reactive maintenance, ensuring dental equipment functions efficiently and minimising downtime.
• Set up and test new dental technology, ensuring everything runs seamlessly from day one.
• Maintain detailed service reports, repair logs, and installation documentation to ensure full compliance.
• Adhere to Anglian Dental’s quality systems and procedures, delivering top-notch service every time.
• Attend manufacturer and in-house training to keep up with the latest industry advancements.
• Provide exceptional customer service, becoming a trusted expert for dental professionals.

 
What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in Dental Engineering
• A strong technical mindset with expertise in electrical, plumbing, or mechanical systems
• Familiarity with using and maintaining software systems in your role
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
