Job Description - Expert Engineer

1. Review Vendor Drawings / Documents for equipment like Pressure Vessels, Filters, Heat Exchangers, Tanks, Electric heater, Pig Launchers/Receivers and Other Static Equipment.

2. Scope involves preparation of Specifications, Technical Datasheets, Requisitions for Quotation, Technical queries, Technical Bid Analysis, Purchase Requisitions.

3. Engineering drawings such clip drawings, nozzle orientation drawings, etc.

4. Participates in the preparation of equipment lists.

5. Co-ordination with other disciplines, customer, Vendor, and site for interface engineering

6. Vendor monitoring, expediting and manage.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in engineering or related technical field.

2. At least 10 - 12 years of experience in Detailed Design in Oil & Gas for Static Equipment.

3. Familiar with International codes & standards like ASME, TEMA, API, WRC.

4. Software knowledge PV Elite / AutoCAD, Navisworks, MS office, PDF, etc.

5. Experience in packages like separator, closed drain vessel, pig launcher and receiver for well head platform.

6. Good communication skills in English (written and oral)

7. Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

8. Self-motivated with the ability to use own initiative.

9. Ability to work independently with clarity on scope and responsibility.
