Responsibilities –

• Provision and maintain Azure IaaS/PaaS environment


• Manage the client and project issues and lead them to closure.


• Function as escalation point as needed by Team.


• Mentor team to increase their skills and promote consistency.


• Assisting the management in organizing, planning, and implementing strategies.


• Effective management of the client relationship and resolution of client issues/escalations.


• Maintain KPI of the TEAM and make sure team adheres to internal and external SLA


• Track the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual objectives/goals for the associates.


• Leadership and organizational abilities with Interpersonal and good communication skills expected.


• Able to guide, mentor associates on technical challenges and work with them to come up with Improvement areas in Infrastructure.


• Drive continuous automation and improvement in the SOP’s.


• Work with Management to attain the Organizational Goals and KPI’s.


• Keep progressing to keep Service upgrade as per new development in Technologies and create strategy\proposals to move client to them.

Qualifications

Academic and Professional Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, management information systems, or related field, or equivalent experience required.


• Technical/Azure/AWS certifications 

Experience:

• Team Player with proven communication, organizational, and strong interpersonal skills


• Must have excellent writing and communication skills (able to use office 365 all solutions)


• Ability to prioritize and drive to results with a high emphasis on quality


• Ability to translate complex technical information into understandable business language

• Experience in Microsoft Azure Cloud.


• Typically requires a minimum of 10 years of related experience


• Strong Knowledge of software applications and operating platforms, storage area networks, Microsoft SQL Server, SQL Performance Troubleshooting, IIS web server troubleshooting, Microsoft Power Shell.


• Basic familiarity with healthcare organizations.


• Well organized, detail oriented, self-starter, able to work independently.


• Must demonstrate the ability to learn and communicate new technologies.
