Responsibilities:

Prepare and manage export documentation in compliance with international trade regulations and standards.

Generate commercial invoices accurately, ensuring adherence to pricing, quantity, and other relevant details.

Coordinate with internal departments to gather necessary information for documentation, such as sales contracts, packing lists, and shipping details.

Liaise with shipping carriers, freight forwarders, and customs agents to facilitate smooth export processes.

Handle bank-related documentation for letters of credit, bills of exchange, and other financial instruments used in export-import transactions.

Ensure timely submission of export-related documents to banks, customs authorities, and other relevant entities.

Stay updated on changes in export regulations, tariffs, and trade agreements to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.

Assist in resolving any discrepancies or issues related to export documentation and banking procedures.

Maintain organized records of export transactions and documentation for audit and reference purposes.

Collaborate with the finance team for GST filing and other tax-related requirements associated with exports.
