Export Officer

Job Location : Mumbai

Qualification : Graduate

· Experience : 1 - 2 yrs

Job Profile:

1. Executing the export orders in internal system once the order is received.
2. Raising & following up on Artwork Initiation form for first time export to Clients or export of Products for the first time
3. Follow up for Packing List & COA’s from Plant
4. Make the Shipping instructions for ready orders and effect shipment
5. Follow up with parties for outstanding& overdue payment & coordinating with the Finance dept as soon as payment is received by the client.
6. Generating Co-payment Request forms & Uploading Invoices on supplier portal with respect to one Client- The Global Fund.
7. Arranging inspections for shipments- coordinate with Inspection Agency, Plant & Logistics for the same.
8. Follow up with the Logistic dept & Nominated agents to ensure that shipment leaves country on time.
9. Keep updated data of Export Purchase Order (EPO’s) raised and Shipments made.
10. Generate Monthly requirements to be sent to Planning & Production team
11. Generate Monthly Projections of sales
12. To look after Commissions for various agents
13. Co-ordination with Country Managers and Customers for registration of products in various countries
