• You place specifically in digital health, health-tech, or government technology


• You can handle both permanent roles and independent consultant engagements


• You understand that some of these roles are field roles — rural health facilities, not a metro office — and you'll filter for that rather than leave us to discover it at offer stage


• You can move in weeks, not quarters
