Extended Essay Coordinator - required for an IB School based in Hyderabad

Immediate Joining.

The Extended Essay Coordinator plays a critical role in delivering quality education and shaping the learning experience for students. This position is essential in guiding students through the rigorous IBDP curriculum, and fostering critical thinking and research skills through the Extended Essay component.

Key Responsibilities
Guide and support students in the development and execution of their Extended Essay research projects
Design assessments that accurately measure student understanding and progress
Provide constructive feedback to students on their academic performance and Extended Essay progress
Collaborate with colleagues to align instructional strategies and maximize student learning outcomes
Establish a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports diverse learning needs
Communicate proactively with students, parents, and school administration regarding academic progress and concerns
Contribute to the overall academic and co-curricular life of the school through extracurricular engagement

Excellent communication skills.
