Job Description - EYP Coordinator

This role is for one of the Weekday's clients

Salary range: Rs 1600000 - Rs 2400000 (ie INR 16-24 LPA)

Min Experience: 5 years

Location: Hyderabad

JobType: full-time

We are seeking an experienced IB Early Years Coordinator to lead and manage the Early Years Programme (ages 3–6) within a progressive academic environment. This role focuses on driving excellence in early childhood education by aligning curriculum, teaching practices, and school culture with international standards. The coordinator will act as a pedagogical leader, ensuring high-quality learning outcomes, fostering a nurturing and engaging environment, and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. The position requires a balance of academic leadership, operational oversight, and strategic vision to create a holistic and impactful early learning experience.



Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Early Years Programme, ensuring alignment with IB philosophy and educational best practices
  • Drive high standards of teaching, learning outcomes, and student development across early years classrooms
  • Build and nurture a positive school culture aligned with the institution’s mission, values, and learning goals
  • Oversee curriculum planning, implementation, and continuous improvement for early childhood education
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on resource planning, budgeting, and effective utilization of facilities
  • Ensure compliance with IB guidelines, as well as national and local educational standards
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with parents, community members, and external education bodies
  • Monitor and evaluate instructional effectiveness, student progress, and overall program success
  • Support, mentor, and guide teaching staff to enhance instructional quality and professional development
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall learning experience and program delivery
