Respond to emergency situations relating to building systems
Maintain records and archives for floor plans, construction drawings, mechanical/electrical diagrams, building equipment warranties and permits, fire and emergency plans
Design operational objectives and KPIs
Assist the Regional Facilities Manager as requested and or directed
Conduct steady and weekly walkthroughs of assigned locations to ensure the club meets company and departmental standards all safety guidelines
Complete the Facilities Walk-Thru Checklist for each assigned club twice per month
Develops the scope of work for
Manage annual repair and maintenance budgets for each location individual project budgets to insure compliance and spending diligence
Is expected to respond to general, non-emergency facility emails within 24 hours as they apply to special club
Provide input on projects concerning design, construction, and development of buildings and facilities
Should have strong knowledge on chemicals, and MEP . inter department coordination shuld be open.
Key Skills
Candidate should be from Graduate or Master degree
candidate should have good knowledge on facility keys skills and handling maids and , executive
should have good knowledge on chemicals and MEP
Should be open for travelling to other region and within city
