Requirements

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITES:

·       Physical
Maintenance of records.

·       General
cleanliness & upkeep of the Unit.

·       Carrying of
files & other papers.

·       Photocopying,
scanning, sending of FAX etc.

·        Other non -clerical work in the Unit.

·       Any other work
assigned by Management. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

·       Good
conduct and should ensure general cleanliness, upkeep of the unit, carrying of file & other documents

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

·       Class 10+2
(preferable)

·       Overall 3+ years
as a Facility Assistant
