Job Description - Facility Cleaning Supervisor

Supervise housekeeping and toilet-cleaning staff.

Allocate daily tasks and monitor work completion.

Ensure cleanliness, hygiene and safety standards are maintained.

Monitor attendance, discipline and team performance.

Maintain cleaning materials and equipment.

Handle site-level cleaning issues and complaints.

Coordinate with management for requirements and concerns.

Prepare and share daily/weekly work reports and updates with the organisation.

Requirements

Experience in housekeeping, cleaning or facility management.

Good communication and team-handling skills.

Basic reporting and documentation skills.

Responsible, punctual and proactive.
