Facility Manager

• Manage office facilities, leases, and vendor contracts.
• Oversee utilities, AMC, and regular maintenance activities.
• Handle access cards, security systems, and compliance checks.
• Coordinate domestic & international travel, visas, and hotels.
• Plan and execute employee engagement events and offsites.
• Support leadership visits and ensure smooth arrangements.
• Drive office projects including renovation, relocation, and branding.
• Ensure audit readiness (ISO, ISMS, SOC) and maintain documentation.
• Manage petty cash, location credit cards, and vendor payments.
• Oversee housekeeping, pantry services, and office supplies.

• Graduate/Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in office administration & facility management.
• Strong vendor negotiation and contract management skills.
• Hands-on experience with travel coordination and logistics.
• Knowledge of compliance, audits (ISO/ISMS/SOC), and documentation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to manage budgets, petty cash, and expense tracking.
• Experience in managing security systems and access controls.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
