We are looking for a Facility Executive to handle end -to -end operations of a residential apartment, ensuring smooth functioning of maintenance, housekeeping, and security services.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end -to -end facility operations of the apartment
  
• Supervise housekeeping, security, and technical teams
  
• Handle resident complaints & ensure timely resolution
  
• Monitor electrical, plumbing, lift, STP, and DG systems
  
• Coordinate with vendors & manage AMC contracts
  
• Ensure statutory compliance, safety & audit standards
  
• Prepare MIS reports, budgets, and daily logs
  
• Conduct regular site inspections and performance reviews
