Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage overall facility operations of residential apartments.
  
• Handle and monitor Technical & Soft Services.
  
• Manage site staff, manpower, and daily operations.
  
• Coordinate with residents, association members, and clients.
  
• Monitor housekeeping, security, maintenance, and safety services.
  
• Handle complaints, escalations, and emergency situations.
  
• Manage vendors, contractors, and AMC services.
  
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks.
  
• Monitor service performance and operational expenses.
  
• Prepare daily/monthly MIS and operational reports.
  
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety standards, and service requirements.
