Job Description - Facility Manager Residential Apartment

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day -to -day facility operations of residential apartments
Handle housekeeping, security, and maintenance teams
Ensure smooth functioning of electrical, plumbing & civil systems
Coordinate with vendors and service providers
Address resident complaints and ensure timely resolution
Maintain reports, documentation, and compliance
Monitor AMC contracts and service schedules

Requirements

Requirements:

Experience in residential apartment / gated community management
Strong leadership and communication skills
Knowledge of facility operations and maintenance
Immediate joiners preferred
