Job Description - Factory Floor Supervisor / Floor Manager

Hiring: Factory Floor Supervisor / Floor Manager

Location: Mira Road West, Mumbai

Working Days: 6 Days (Onsite)

Experience Required: 5+ Years

We are looking for a hands -on Factory Floor Supervisor with strong expertise in production operations, floor management, team handling, and lean manufacturing practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily production targets across cutting, sewing, QC & packing

• Drive floor productivity, shift management & operational efficiency

• Reduce fabric and foam waste through process improvements

• Implement 5S, line balancing & lean manufacturing practices

• Supervise operators, QC staff & packing teams

• Monitor KPIs including throughput, scrap %, rework & on -time dispatch

• Ensure floor discipline, quality standards & safety compliance

Required Skills:

Team Handling & Floor Supervision

Manufacturing Operations Management

Shift & Production Management

Lean Manufacturing / 5S / Kaizen

Fabric Cutting & Sewing Operations Knowledge

KPI Tracking & Reporting (Excel/Google Sheets)

Strong communication in English & Hindi/Marathi

Preferred:

• Experience in garments, upholstery, textiles, or cut -and -sew manufacturing

• Exposure to ERP/production tracking tools

• Industrial Engineering / Textile background preferred
