Factory Manager

• Overall management of fabrication and production activities. 
  


• Planning and monitoring production schedules. 
  


• Managing manpower, supervisors, and workers. 
  


• Ensuring quality control and timely project completion. 
  


• Monitoring material consumption and inventory. 
  


• Implementing safety standards and factory compliance. 
  


• Coordination with clients, vendors, and project teams. 
  


• Cost control, productivity improvement, and reporting to management. 
  

Requirements

• Diploma/B.E. Mechanical / Production Engineering. 
  


• Experience in fabrication, signboard, structural steel, or engineering manufacturing units. 
  


• Strong knowledge of steel fabrication, welding, and structural works. 
  


• Ability to manage factory operations and workforce. 
  


• Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards. 
  


• Leadership, problem-solving, and planning skills.
  


• Bond Period: Minimum  1 Year (if applicable by company policy)
