Factory Manager - Garments

Key Responsibilities

• Lead overall factory operations from production planning to finished goods dispatch
  
• Develop production plans and ensure timely achievement of targets
  
• Monitor line efficiency, productivity, capacity utilization, and production output
  
• Manage cutting, sewing, finishing, packing, and dispatch operations
  
• Drive quality standards, defect reduction, and rework control
  
• Optimize manpower deployment and workforce productivity
  
• Coordinate with PPC, Merchandising, Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and HR
  
• Monitor production costs, wastage, overtime, and operational expenses
  
• Ensure timely delivery of customer orders
  
• Implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement
  
• Ensure factory compliance with safety, labour, and customer requirements
  
• Develop production teams and build a performance-driven culture
  
• Prepare and review factory MIS, production reports, and KPIs
