Job Description - Factory Medical Officer

Description

Provide primary and emergency medical care to employees and contract workers.
Conduct periodic medical examinations and health surveillance as per Mines Rules and Factories Act requirements.
Manage occupational health programs, first aid facilities, and medical records.
Handle workplace injuries, illness cases, and medical emergencies.
Conduct health awareness programs and wellness initiatives.
Ensure compliance with DGMS, Factory Medical, and occupational health regulations.
Coordinate with hospitals, ambulance services, and local health authorities.
