Overview:

India Shoes Private Limited is seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Quality Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of maintaining high standards of quality control in the manufacturing industry, particularly within high-performance factories. This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of quality assurance processes, and the ability to implement and maintain robust quality systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Quality Control Management: Oversee the entire quality control process to ensure products meet the company's high standards and comply with industry regulations.
• Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve quality control processes to enhance efficiency and product quality.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and train the quality control team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant quality standards, regulations, and certifications.
• Data Analysis: Analyze quality control data to identify trends, root causes of defects, and areas for improvement.
• Supplier Quality Management: Work closely with suppliers to ensure that raw materials meet the company's quality standards.
• Customer Feedback: Collaborate with the customer service team to address quality issues raised by customers and implement corrective actions.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of quality control processes, inspections, and test results.
• Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on quality metrics and performance to senior management.
• Audit Management: Lead internal and external audits and ensure timely resolution of audit findings.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to ensure quality standards are upheld throughout the manufacturing process.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 10-15 years of experience in quality management, preferably in high-performance manufacturing factories in India.
• Education: A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
• Certifications: Quality certification such as Six Sigma, ISO 9001, or similar is highly desirable.
