RU’s residential campus drives innovation. The School of Entrepreneurship seeks an Assistant Professor of Finance to empower students with financial acumen for entrepreneurial success.

Roles and Responsibilities

Teaching and Mentorship: Teach financial management, investment analysis, and startup funding, inspiring fiscal discipline.
Industry Engagement: Draw on finance industry experience to create practical exercises, like venture capital simulations.
Curriculum Development: Design finance courses integrating fintech and entrepreneurial finance.
Research: Publish on financial innovations, such as crowdfunding or blockchain in finance.
Student Support: Guide students on financial modelling during office hours and workshops.
Administrative Contribution: Organise finance -focused events and industry collaborations.

Education & Experience Required

PhD or Master’s in various domains of Technology or related fields.
3 -5 years of industry experience in banking, investment, or fintech.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Alignment with RU’s impact -driven mission.
