About the Role
As the Faculty In -Charge & Program Coordinator – Student Success (UG Programs) at Mumbai, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless academic delivery, quality assurance, and student success across undergraduate programs conducted with partner colleges. This role involves academic coordination, faculty oversight, assessment execution, and compliance with NEP 2020, Outcome -Based Education (OBE), and University/UGC requirements. You will work closely with academic leadership, faculty, partner institutions, and students to uphold high academic standards and a strong learning experience.
What You’ll Do
Academic Delivery & Teaching:
â Deliver assigned UG courses using learner -centric, project -based, and activity -oriented pedagogy.
â Ensure syllabus completion as per academic calendar and university/partner college guidelines.
â Develop and maintain session plans, teaching notes, presentations, assessment briefs, and rubrics.
Program Coordination & Academic Operations:
â Coordinate day -to -day academic operations across batches and partner institutions.
â Act as the academic SPOC for programme -related coordination with partner colleges.
â Ensure adherence to schedules, classroom readiness, academic infrastructure, and execution.
Academic Quality Assurance (NEP 2020 & OBE):
â Ensure standardized teaching, assessment practices, and academic documentation across faculty.
â Support implementation of NEP 2020 and OBE through aligned curriculum delivery and outcome tracking.
â Monitor classroom teaching quality and mentor faculty/trainers to enhance delivery effectiveness.
Assessments & Examination Execution:
â Plan and coordinate internal, external, ATKT, additional, and university examinations.
â Validate marks entry, evaluation records, result analysis, mark statements, and academic reports.
â Ensure compliance with institutional assessment policies and university regulations.
Student Academic Oversight & Engagement:
â Monitor student attendance, participation, academic progress, and retention.
â Address academic concerns through structured mentoring and timely resolution.
â Support remedial sessions, enrichment workshops, masterclasses, and learner success initiatives.
Documentation, NAAC/IQAC Support & Compliance:
â Maintain programme -level academic documentation for audits, NAAC, IQAC, and reporting.
â Support preparation of AQAR/SSR inputs, outcome attainment records, and compliance documentation.
Industry Readiness / OJT / Placement Support:
â Coordinate and track OJT documentation including undertakings, logs, reports, certificates, and evaluations.
â Support placement readiness initiatives such as resume reviews, mentoring, and mock interviews.
Additional Duties:
â Collaborate with internal teams and partner colleges to strengthen academic processes.
â Perform any other reasonable duties as requested by management, aligned with the role’s scope.
Who You Are
Must -Have:
â Master’s degree in Management, Commerce, or a relevant discipline with a strong academic record.
â 1–3 years of teaching and/or academic coordination experience in UG programs.
â Strong academic coordination, documentation, and program execution skills.
â Student -centric mindset with strong mentoring and problem -solving abilities.
Should Have:
â Prior exposure to academic operations, program coordination, and assessment processes.
â Working knowledge of NEP 2020, Outcome -Based Education (OBE), and UGC norms.
â Familiarity with NAAC/IQAC documentation and academic compliance requirements.
Nice to Have:
â NET/SET qualification as per UGC norms.
â Familiarity with University of Mumbai UG structure and syllabus.
â Data -driven approach to feedback analysis, academic metrics, and reporting.
