F&B Executive University Campus

We are looking for an experienced F&B Executive to manage food and beverage operations across a university campus.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily cafeteria and F&B operations.


• Supervise F&B staff and ensure smooth food service.


• Monitor food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and safety.


• Coordinate with vendors, caterers, and suppliers.


• Manage inventory, stock, consumption, and wastage.


• Handle student/faculty feedback and resolve F&B-related concerns.


• Maintain F&B records and support cost control.


• Coordinate food arrangements for university events and special functions.


• Ensure compliance with FSSAI and food safety standards.

Required Profile

• 2+ years of F&B Operations experience.


• Experience in university/college campus, institutional catering, cafeteria, hotel, or similar F&B operations.


• Good knowledge of food hygiene and quality standards.


• Strong vendor management, staff supervision, and coordination skills.


• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
