Job Description - F&B Supervisor

We are looking for an energetic and service -oriented F&B Supervisor to oversee restaurant and food service operations while ensuring an exceptional guest dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

â Supervise daily Food & Beverage operations

â Ensure high standards of guest service and dining experience

â Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for smooth operations

â Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues professionally

â Monitor staff performance, grooming & discipline

â Ensure hygiene, cleanliness & hospitality standards

â Manage table reservations, banquet support & shift operations

â Support inventory control and daily operational reporting

Requirements

Strong knowledge of F&B service operations

Team handling and shift supervision skills

Excellent communication & guest relationship management

Problem -solving and multitasking ability

Knowledge of hospitality standards & customer service

Leadership and staff coordination skills

Basic billing / POS system knowledge preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management preferred
Experience in hotels, resorts, restaurants, or hospitality industry preferred
