As a F&O Developer- Manager, you will specialize in consulting services for Microsoft Dynamics ERP applications, helping clients optimize operational efficiency and achieve their strategic objectives. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will analyze client needs, implement ERP software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications. This role is client-facing, allowing you to directly impact client success by delivering tailored solutions that enhance their business operations.

As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success, maintaining standards, and motivating others to deliver quality. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. Embracing technology and innovation, you will enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion, while partnering with team leadership to validate collective ownership of quality, timelines, and deliverables.

Responsibilities

- Leading the implementation and integration of Microsoft Dynamics ERP solutions to enhance client operational efficiency
- Analyzing client needs and developing tailored ERP strategies to meet their strategic objectives
- Managing project planning, budgeting, and execution to deliver successful outcomes
- Coaching and mentoring team members to leverage their strengths and improve performance
- Facilitating seamless data integration and customization within ERP systems
- Utilizing Microsoft Power Apps and SQL Server Data Tools to optimize business processes
- Driving continuous process improvement and downtime reduction initiatives
- Collaborating with stakeholders to address system requirements and interoperability challenges
- Promoting delivery excellence and quality assurance best practices across projects
- Engaging in strategic questioning to identify opportunities for business performance management

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 9 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
