Fashion Social Media Executive (D2C)

About the Opportunity
A fast-paced, digitally native D2C fashion brand operating across India, we blend trend-led design with direct-to-consumer storytelling to build cult followings and drive repeat purchases. Our social-first approach fuels growth through TikTok, Instagram Reels, and influencer ecosystems—turning aesthetics into conversion and community into retention.

Role & Responsibilities

• Plan, produce, and schedule daily social content (Reels, Stories, carousels) aligned with product drops, seasonal campaigns, and cultural moments.


• Collaborate with designers and merchandising to ideate visual-led narratives that elevate product storytelling across Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest.


• Build and manage relationships with nano/micro-influencers to drive authentic UGC and scalable brand advocacy.


• Track engagement, conversion, and CAC metrics per platform; iterate content strategy based on real-time performance insights.


• Run social listening to spot emerging trends, audience sentiment, and competitor moves—feeding insights into product and campaign calendars.


• Own community moderation, DM responses, and comment engagement to build emotional brand loyalty and reduce churn.
