We are seeking a Fellowship Manager to lead the implementation of our fellowship program across multiple districts. This role is responsible for managing 5–6 Program Leaders and overseeing approximately 60 Fellows across various locations. This is a field-intensive leadership position requiring strong people management skills and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Key Responsibilities:
1. Program Implementation & Quality Assurance
Lead the implementation and maintain the quality of the fellowship program across multiple districts.
Supervise and mentor Program Leaders who manage Fellows on the ground.
Oversee the work of Fellows operating within government school communities.
Ensure effective planning, execution, and monitoring of all program activities across learning centers.
2. Fellowship Management & Development
Lead recruitment and selection processes for fellows through partnerships with local institutions and communities.
Design and manage training programs, capacity-building workshops, and exposure visits for fellows.
Monitor performance through structured feedback, mentoring, and growth mapping.
Review weekly planning and classroom implementation by fellows.
3. Stakeholder Engagement & Field Presence
Conduct regular field visits to learning centers and partner schools.
Build and maintain strong relationships with government school teachers, headmasters, and education officials (BEO/DEO).
Engage with parents and community stakeholders to support student events and Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTM).
Represent the organization in district or state-level meetings and program reviews.
4. Planning, Reporting & Team Leadership
Track program progress and prepare periodic reports, monitoring risks and operational challenges.
Contribute to the development of program proposals and concept notes.
Conduct regular performance reviews and mentorship sessions with Program Leaders.
Promote accountability, innovation, and professional development within the team.
Experience & Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Social Sciences, Development Studies, or related fields.
Experience: 4–7 years in the education or development sector, preferably in program implementation or fellowship-based models.
Team Management: Prior experience managing large field teams and multi-location programs is preferred.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
Proficiency in program planning, monitoring, and reporting.
High adaptability and a willingness to travel frequently.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work in resource-constrained environments.
