Salary: Up to ₹70,000 per month
Experience Required: 4–5 Years (School Experience Mandatory)

Role Summary

We are
seeking an experienced and academically strong Academic Coordinator to
oversee curriculum implementation, teacher mentoring, and overall academic
excellence. The role requires strong leadership skills, coordination abilities,
and experience in CBSE school operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor
  academic planning and curriculum implementation.
  
• Guide and mentor teachers
  for improved classroom delivery.
  
• Ensure compliance with CBSE
  norms and academic standards.
  
• Conduct teacher training
  sessions and performance evaluations.
  
• Monitor lesson plans,
  assessments, and academic results.
  
• Coordinate with school
  leadership for academic strategy and improvement.
  
• Organize academic audits,
  workshops, and parent interactions.
  

Skills & Qualifications

• Postgraduate with B.Ed
  (mandatory).
  
• 4–5 years of experience in
  school academics.
  
• Strong leadership and team
  management skills.
  
• Excellent communication and
  organizational abilities.
  
• Knowledge of CBSE guidelines
  and academic planning.
