Female -Football Coach

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct structured football coaching sessions for girl students across middle and senior school.
  

• Prepare school teams for inter-school, district, state, and national-level competitions.
  

• Monitor fitness levels, assess skill development, and track individual progress.
  

• Instill team spirit, discipline, and sportsmanship in all coaching interactions.
  

• Ensure proper maintenance of football equipment and uphold all safety standards.
  

• Assist in organizing school sports events, fixtures, and house competitions.
  

• Actively contribute to the pastoral care and student life in the residential campus.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or a related field (preferred).
  

• Certification from AIFF/D License or equivalent national/international sports authority.
  

• Minimum 3 years of football coaching experience; at least 3years in a school setting is mandatory.
  

• Proven experience in coaching and mentoring girl students or youth teams.
  

• Strong communication, leadership, and planning skills.
  

• Willingness to live on campus and engage in school community life.
