About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic, motivated and
target-oriented Female Real Estate Executive with experience in residential and
commercial leasing. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing properties,
managing online property listings, coordinating with property owners and
clients, arranging site visits, and supporting end-to-end leasing and property
transactions.

The ideal candidate should have good communication and
negotiation skills, knowledge of real estate portals, and the ability to
independently manage enquiries and develop client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Source
  residential and commercial properties available for sale or rent.
  
• Identify
  potential properties through property owners, brokers, referrals and
  market research.
  
• Post,
  manage and regularly update property listings on online real estate
  portals such as 99acres, MagicBricks, Housing.com and other relevant
  platforms.
  
• Coordinate
  with property owners, brokers, prospective tenants, buyers and other
  stakeholders.
  
• Respond
  to property enquiries and provide accurate information regarding
  availability, pricing and other details.
  
• Understand
  client requirements and suggest suitable properties.
  
• Schedule
  and coordinate property site visits with clients.
  
• Follow
  up with prospective clients and property owners to facilitate leasing and
  sales transactions.
  
• Maintain
  a database of properties, enquiries, client details and follow-up status.
  
• Negotiate
  with property owners and clients to facilitate mutually acceptable terms.
  
• Build
  and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers and property
  owners.
  
• Support
  the end-to-end leasing process, including documentation coordination and
  transaction follow-ups.
  
• Work
  towards assigned targets for property sourcing, client conversion and
  leasing closures.
  

Qualification & Experience

• Graduate
  in any discipline preferred.
  
• Minimum
  1 year of experience in the real estate industry.
  
• Experience
  in residential and commercial leasing will be preferred.
  
• Practical
  knowledge of property sourcing and client coordination.
  
• Experience
  managing listings on real estate portals such as 99acres, MagicBricks and
  Housing.com.
  
• Basic
  computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
