Performs all aspects of OSP engineering for fiber projects according to customer requirements and guidelines. \n 2. Designs OSP network activities within construction budgets.\n 3. Works within customer systems to produce a cost-effective engineering design for the construction team.\n 4. Should be able to do the feasibility analysis to plan the optimal fiber network with the high-quality standards within given timeline.\n 5. Serves as Fiber network expert, provides mentorship/knowledge transfer to the team members.\n 6. Provide support to the team members and work with mapped team members to increase their efficiency and quality.\n 7. Take ownership, set the priorities, support daily deliverables, and deliver quality product to the customer.\n 8. Should be able to support as Technical POC as per requirements.\n 9. Should be able to take initiative and have the capability to start \u0026 close any new scope of work.\n 10. Provide inputs to strengthen the existing process and give ideas for automation. \n 11. Availability as per business requirements to support delivery.\n 12. Open to take new roles and responsibilities if assigned by the managers as per business needs.\n\n\n\n## All you need is...\n\nCritical Experience\n\n * 5-8 year of experience in Fiber network design engineering in ASE, F2, Green Field/DFIB, F1/F3 scope of work.\n * Preferred experience with AT\u0026T and added advantage if experience of Ziply, LUMEN, Google Fiber etc.\n * Experience working tools: Aramis, IQGEO, Waldo, QGIS, ArcgGIS, 3GIS, CGIS, SpatialNet, Comscof, NDS, Frogs, AutoCAD, FMS, OCALC, Smallworld, Netwin, WebGIS\n\n\n\n## Why you will love this job:\n\nAmdocs is an equal opportunity employer.
