Field Coordinator

• Coordinate and monitor farmer field activities, ensuring regular product usage and farmer engagement.
  
• Manage procurement, production coordination, quality checks, packaging, and dispatch of cattle feed.
  
• Support TMR (Total Mixed Ration) project implementation with dairy partners.
  
• Coordinate with farmers, vendors, feed manufacturers, and project partners for smooth daily operations.
  
• Maintain inventory, documentation, and project reports.
  
• Build strong relationships with farmers and support the adoption of sustainable farming practices.
  

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in the dairy, agriculture, FPO, cooperative, or rural development sector.
  
  
• Experience in field operations, procurement, production coordination, or supply chain is preferred.
  
  
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
  
  
• Comfortable with frequent field travel.
  
  
• Problem-solving ability with a proactive and ownership mindset.
  
  
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
