Increase in the proportion of training-oriented engagements: ROVUS workshops, IVUS masterclass, case support proctorships etc \nb. Fous on increasing the quantum of engagements (for the right engagements, we will find the budgets) \nc. HPLS focus, hold the RMs accountable for activities and projected business \nd. Own up the marketing budget utilization for the region, optimize spends to ensure strategic engagements\n\n \n\nDraft a quarterly engagement plan for 5 customers for each TM, this plan needs to be co-owned by RM \u0026 the RSM (plan basis the above mentioned)\n\na. Plan to be finalized 15 days prior to the start of the quarter, and track monthly \nb. Be the SPOC for nominating HCPs for central events,nominations of HCPs basis skill sets and engagement plans.\n\n \nTrack progress through Dashboards: \na. Share a monthly dashboard, one each for West and for South summarizing the field engagements conducted. The dashboard to be published by 7th of every month \nb. Work with the SFE team for dashboard integration in PerformX \nc.
