Field Executive

Roles & Responsibilities

● Serve as a liaison between the Gram Panchayat and other partner institutions involved in the project.

● Identify and enroll new participants into the program. Assist farmers with implementation (plantation / drip installation) and monitoring of the fields throughout the year.

● Conduct field surveys with community members and other rural landowners.

● Help the Field Manager to liaise with local bodies and government officials.

● Be the primary contact point between the Field Manager and farmers to maintain a healthy relationship.

● Maintain a log of inputs provided to the farmers and oversee nursery management.

● Other related duties or work as assigned by the Field Manager.

Requirements

● Bachelor’s degree and above; background in the agriculture sector, rural development, or social work is a major advantage.

● Good interpersonal skills and fluency in Hindi,

● Excellent communication and organizational skills.

● Flexible, self -motivated, with a demonstrated ability to work in a multicultural environment and establish harmonious relationships within communities.

● Attention to detail and ability to adapt to unstructured or fast -changing circumstances.

● Basic Excel skills required. Should be able to do documentation using a smartphone.

● Ability to manage high -level relationships with farmers.

● Ability and willingness to work in challenging field conditions.

● Willingness to travel to multiple project locations in rural areas.

● Valid driver's license and a motorcycle is mandatory.
