We are looking for a dynamic and result -oriented Field Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new property listings, onboarding builders and channel partners, maintaining strong relationships with brokers and developers, and collecting accurate property information. This role requires regular field visits, excellent communication skills, and a customer -focused approach.
Roles and Responsibilities
Identify and acquire new property owners, builders, brokers, and channel partners.
Visit project sites and collect accurate property information and documentation.
Onboard properties and partners onto the company's platform.
Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, developers, and property owners.
Conduct regular field visits to generate new business opportunities.
Update property details and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Achieve monthly acquisition and onboarding targets.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer support.
Requirements
1–3+ years of experience in field sales, business development, builder/channel partner acquisition, or field operations.
Experience in Real Estate, PropTech, payment gateways, or similar industries is preferred.
Must own a two -wheeler with a valid driving licence.
Fluency in English, Kannada or Hindi.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Basic knowledge of CRM systems and mobile applications.
Self -motivated, target -driven, and willing to travel extensively within Bengaluru.
