Job Opening: Field Sales Executive

We are seeking a Fresher Graduate pass out to join our team as a Field Sales Executive at a leading Gold finance company in Indore. The successful candidate will be responsible for visiting client locations for Gold loan sales deals, communicating and pitching to customers, handling documentation processes, and building and maintaining relationships with key customers and stakeholders. This role offers a starting salary of 12.7k per month inhand, which will increase to 17.5k inhand after 6 months.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit client locations for Gold loan sales deals
Communicate, pitch, and educate customers about Gold loans
Check Gold quality and handle documentation processes and day -to -day operations
Build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders
Identify and pursue new business opportunities
Provide product training and demonstrations to customers
Meet and exceed sales targets
Collaborate with cross -functional teams to achieve business objectives

Requirements

Requirements:

Graduation completion is mandatory
Local candidates are eligible for this role
Age up to 27 years
Fluency in the local language
Possession of a 2 -wheeler and driving license (If not already, need to get it sorted within the first 2 months)
Willingness to visit client locations for sales and deal closure
6 days working with 1 rotational week off
