Field Executive - RCU-Tractors and Farm Equipments (TFE)-Business Process Management Group

Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical RCU TPP Team Member to support risk control and fraud prevention activities across the organization. The role involves managing MIS, coordinating with pan-India teams, conducting data checks, and supporting business units in identifying risk parameters. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and proficiency in Excel.

Responsibilities
Collate and manage RCU sampling MIS and release monthly dashboards to Business/Credit teams. Coordinate vendor bill processing and ensure timely deliverables post address changes, limit enhancements, and reinstatement of purged cases. Cross-check field investigation reports and conduct collection receipt verification. Perform onboarding checks for outsourced/on-roll employees, focusing on employment gaps. Maintain MIS and reports related to fraud investigations across India. Update RCU reject cases in NCIF and share fraud trends with credit managers. Support business teams in identifying risk parameters for consumer asset products. Conduct calling activities on mobicule and verify core receipts across locations.
