Field Marketing (ERP)

We are looking for an experienced Field Marketing professional with strong experience in B2B technology / ERP marketing to drive customer engagement, demand generation, events, and pipeline growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute field marketing strategies and campaigns for ERP solutions.


• Organize customer events, conferences, seminars, webinars, roundtables, and partner events.


• Drive lead generation and demand generation activities across target markets.


• Work closely with Sales and Pre-Sales teams to generate qualified leads and pipeline.


• Develop regional marketing plans aligned with sales targets and GTM strategy.


• Manage marketing budgets, vendors, agencies, and event logistics.


• Create and execute ABM and account-based marketing initiatives for key enterprise accounts.


• Track campaign performance, leads, conversion, pipeline contribution, and ROI.


• Coordinate with Product Marketing and Content teams for collateral, presentations, case studies, and campaigns.


• Conduct competitor and market research to identify new opportunities.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in Field Marketing / B2B Marketing.


• Experience in ERP / SaaS / Enterprise Software / IT products is preferred.


• Strong experience in events, demand generation, lead generation, and campaign management.


• Ability to work closely with enterprise sales teams and support pipeline generation.


• Experience managing multiple stakeholders, agencies, and vendors.


• Strong communication, presentation, project-management, and analytical skills.
