What will you do
for Sectona
· Design and implement regional marketing
strategies that align with global objectives, supporting both direct field
efforts and partner-driven initiatives.
· Collaborate with the Sectona Sales team to drive
annual revenue targets by executing impactful regional events, campaigns, and
programs that support pipeline generation and lead funnel progression.
· Oversee the planning and execution of regional
marketing campaigns, including trade shows, virtual and in-person events, and
sales enablement activities. Coordinate closely with Sales and SDR teams for
pre-event readiness.
· Design Regional Campaigns, Monitor and analyze
campaign performance metrics (e.g., MQLs, SQLs, ROI), leveraging insights to
refine and enhance future marketing initiatives.
· Manage regional marketing budgets, including the
allocation and reporting of Market Development Funds (MDF).
· Lead the execution of event strategies, managing
end-to-end logistics, on-site coordination, and post-event analysis to ensure
successful participation and ROI.
· Develop and implement comprehensive event
marketing plans, from pre-event promotion to post-event follow-up, including
feedback collection and performance reporting.
· Collaborate cross-functionally to define event
goals, messaging, audience engagement strategies, speaker coordination, content
development, lead processing, and follow-up activities.
· Conduct research and identify event
opportunities, sponsorships, and face-to-face marketing platforms that align
with corporate objectives.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with
regional partners, serving as the primary marketing liaison for strategic
alliances.
Skills and experience
you require
· Any
graduate + degree in Marketing
· 2 years of experience in similar marketing roles
· Ability
to take ownership and execute tasks end-to-end
· Ability
to work and collaborate with cross-functional teams
· Working
knowledge of CRM
· Excellent
verbal and written communications skills in English
