Oversee and manage the on-site medical center, ensuring it is equipped and staffed to handle emergencies and routine health issues effectively.
Develop and implement health and wellness programs aimed at improving employee well-being and reducing absenteeism.
Conduct regular health check-ups and maintain accurate medical records for all employees and contractors.
Provide immediate medical care and first aid in case of workplace injuries or emergencies, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
Collaborate with the Site HR Head to design and execute health awareness campaigns, focusing on occupational health risks specific to thermal power plant operations.
Ensure the medical center complies with all internal standards and aligns with Adani Power’s focus on operational excellence and sustainability.
Train and guide first responders and safety teams on emergency medical procedures and protocols.
Monitor and manage health-related KPIs, such as incident response times and employee health indices, to support the site’s operational goals.
Liaise with external medical facilities and specialists to ensure advanced care when required.
Stay updated on the latest medical practices and technologies relevant to industrial health services
Qualifications
MBBS degree from a recognized medical institution.
AFIH - Associate Fellow of Industrial Health (Mandatory)
Additional certification in Occupational Health or Industrial Medicine is preferred.
