Field recruiter

• Sourcing & Talent Acquisition: Actively source Delivery Executive candidates using local sourcing methods, including field visits, job fairs, and local vendors.
  


• Cold Calling & Engagement: Utilize cold calling techniques to reach potential candidates and engage them via platforms like WhatsApp.
  


• Screening & Interviews: Conduct initial screening, interviews, and background checks of candidates to evaluate suitability for the delivery role.
  


• Onboarding Support: Facilitate joining formalities, including document verification and coordination with the local hub/warehouse managers.
  


• Target Achievement: Responsible for meeting weekly/monthly hiring targets (selection TAT and joining ratio).
  


• Job Posting: Update and manage job ads on online portals and social media. 
  

Requirements

• Experience: 1-5 years of experience in recruitment (logistics, courier, or blue-collar hiring preferred).
  


• Education: Graduate
  


• Skills: Strong talent acquisition skills, cold calling, and local area knowledge.
  


• Language: Proficiency in the local language and Hindi/English.
