Job Title: Field Recruiter -Coordinator 

Location: New Alipore, Kolkata

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach businesses for partnerships and schedule client meetings.
  
• Source and onboard freelancers for various projects.
  
• Coordinate with clients, freelancers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  
• Handle field operations, including collecting and returning project devices (mobile phones) when required.
  
• Maintain reports and updates using Excel and other tools.
  

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.
  
• 1–3 years of experience in coordination, recruitment, field operations, or business development.
  
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
  
• Willing to travel for client meetings and field activities.
  
• Smart, proactive, and ready to learn.
