Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Field Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for field and operational roles. The ideal candidate should have experience in bulk hiring, field recruitment, and achieving hiring targets within timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, consultants, and field visits.


• Conduct initial screening and schedule interviews.


• Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process.


• Organize walk-in drives, job fairs, and local hiring campaigns.


• Ensure timely joining and onboarding of selected candidates.


• Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and candidate databases.


• Build relationships with placement agencies, colleges, and local recruitment sources.


• Achieve monthly recruitment targets while maintaining hiring quality.

Eligibility

• Graduate in any discipline.


• Experience: 2–3 years in Field Recruitment or Bulk Hiring.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Good knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment portals.


• Ability to work independently and meet hiring deadlines.


• Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is preferred.
