Job Overview:

We are looking for energetic and passionate Field Recruiters to support hiring for last mile delivery operations. The role involves hiring delivery boys, riders, and picker/packers by visiting local areas, sourcing candidates, and ensuring quick onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field hiring for delivery executives, riders.
  
• Visit local areas, hubs, and hotspots to source candidates
  
• Screen and shortlist candidates through face -to -face interactions
  
• Coordinate with candidates for onboarding and documentation
  
• Maintain daily hiring reports and follow -ups
  
• Achieve daily/weekly hiring targets
  

Requirements

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Diploma / Graduate
  
• Fresher or minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment/field hiring
  
• Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
  
• Willingness to travel and work on -field
  
• Confident, proactive, and result -driven attitude
