Field Recruiter/Blue Collar Hiring (Odisha -Khorda)

Key Responsibilities

• Source and recruit blue -collar candidates for Flipkart warehouse operations.
  
• Handle bulk hiring for roles such as Packer, Picker, Sorter, Loader, Unloader, Data Entry Operator, and ITI profiles.
  
• Conduct field visits for candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and onboarding support.
  
• Build local sourcing networks and ensure timely fulfillment of hiring requirements.
  
• Coordinate with candidates and internal teams to ensure smooth joining.
  

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 6 months of experience in blue -collar/bulk hiring recruitment.
  
• Experience hiring warehouse or logistics manpower is preferred.
  
• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass.
  
• Bike is mandatory for field travel.
  
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
